How long does it take for me to receive my order?
Orders are shipped in 5 to 7 working days.
What is your return and exchange policy?
If you are not satisfied with the product, you are welcome to return it in its original condition for a refund / replacement.
How do I change my shipping address?
You can set your delivery address during checkout. You can also login to your account and change your delivery address in the “Delivery Address” section.
How do I track the status of my order?
All orders are shipped with couriers. If you would like to track your order you can request the waybill number and track it on the couriers website.
What do I do if I entered an incorrect shipping address?
If you let us know before we have shipped your order, we can change the address. If the order has already been shipped we will have to book a return and rebook it with the courier. This will incur additional fees.
